"Prayer is in fact the recognition of our limits and our dependence: we come from God, we are of God, and to God we return."
-ST. JOHN PAUL II
Adoration Prayer Service
Join us for the first Friday of the month as we hop around to different parishes in the archdiocese for a holy hour of prayer, reflection, praise and worship music, and reconciliation followed by a free dinner.
**During the pandemic, we will be offering Virtual First Friday Adoration followed by chat rooms to deepen friendships and meet new people! Stay up to date on our Events Page for details.
In our fast-paced world, it’s good to take some time to reflect and pray. Whether you pray frequently or you’re not even sure where to start, this event is for you. We gather in a Church and have some individual time for prayer and reflection, but we’ll also provide a reflection guide and some music to assist you if you’re new to this! We always have priests available for confession as well.
Here's how the night works:
7pm: Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. The guided Holy Hour includes silent time for prayer and praise and worship music. A reflection guide is provided and reconciliation and prayer teams are available to pray with you for specific intentions.
