IndyCatholic exists to lead young adults (18-39) into relationship with Jesus and equip them to become lifelong, missionary disciples.
These young adults are spiritually hungry and desire authentic relationships in community and with Jesus Christ. The Core Team's responsibility is to seek, invite, and spiritually accompany these people.
The Core Team will serve Indy Catholic events and have spiritual formation for 6 months.
The Core team represents Indy Catholic, and by extension, the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.
Through the Core team, IndyCatholic will be better and uniquely positioned to invite and invest in the hundreds of young adults who attend our events throughout the year.
As such they are expected to lead by example in the Christian life. Additional responsibilities include attending a day retreat, monthly formation evenings, and serving as a volunteer at all IndyCatholic events.
We ask that you serve at Indy Catholic events for 6 months at a time. If you are serving in the Fall, you will volunteer with Theology on Tap and First Friday Adoration. If you are serving in the Spring, you will volunteer with First Friday Adoration and Spring Retreat.
All volunteers will have formation to lead a gospel presentation, serve hospitalty at events, and recieve spiritual formation.
